1. Service Overview

QuickFax JP ("the Service") is an online fax transmission service operated by Interconnected Software, Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). The Service allows users to send fax documents via the internet without registration or subscription.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

3. Service Description

• Users upload PDF or image files and specify a recipient fax number
• Payment is processed per transaction via Stripe
• We transmit the document to the specified fax number
• Delivery confirmation is provided via the status page

4. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing is displayed on the service page before payment
• All payments are processed securely via Stripe
• Prices are in Japanese Yen (JPY) unless otherwise stated

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of fax transmission, refunds are not available once the fax has been successfully sent. If the fax fails to deliver due to a service error, a full refund will be issued.

6. User Responsibilities

• You must provide a valid fax number
• You must have the right to send the documents you upload
• You must not use the Service for illegal purposes, spam, or harassment
• You are responsible for the content of your fax transmissions

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited faxes (spam)
• Transmit illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the operation of the Service

8. Limitation of Liability

We provide the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to failed deliveries, delays, or data loss.

9. Data Handling

Uploaded files are temporarily stored for processing and deleted within 24 hours. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
